- Angiotensin Converting Enzyme (ACE) degrades bradykinin, not only converting angiotensin I to angiotensin II
- So, when ACE inhibitors present, bradykinin is not broken down
- There will be high level of bradykinin
- Causing side effect such as chronic dry cough
